Samantha Lamptey is the Founder, Broker, and CEO of Exodus Real Estate, a full-service residential and commercial real estate firm operating in New Jersey, New York, and Atlanta. She is also the Co-Managing Partner of Exodus Development and Exodus Construction, a New Jersey–based real estate development and construction company focused on luxury residential projects.
In addition, Samantha is the Director and Founder of Exodus Real Estate Academy, a New Jersey-licensed real estate school dedicated to preparing the next generation of professionals through licensing, mentorship, and development-focused education.
Samantha holds active broker licenses in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Florida, and Georgia, reflecting her expansive industry knowledge and multi-market reach.

A graduate of St. John’s University in Queens, NY, Samantha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications in 2011. She began her career at SiriusXM Radio before transitioning into real estate full-time, where she quickly established herself as a trusted leader and educator.
Samantha is also expanding the Exodus brand in partnership with her husband, Sellasie Lamptey, Managing Partner of Exodus Architecture & Engineering and Co-Managing Partner of Exodus Development. Together, they bring a uniquely integrated approach to real estate, architecture, construction, and education.
She is a multi-year recipient of the NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Sales Award® (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2021, 2022, 2023 and holds the designation of Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist.
